Rose City Astronomers

Rose City Astronomers is open to the public. The meetings are held the third Monday of every month at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) located at 1945 SE Water Avenue, Portland, OR 97214. Parking is free and there is no charge for the meeting.An informal social gathering time starts around 7:00 PM. The actual business meeting and announcements start at 7:30, followed by an astronomy or science-related presentation. The formal part of the meetings conclude about 9:00 PM with time for questions afterwards.

Membership dues support the work that RCA does in the community to promote the enjoyment and science of astronomy. Speakers, public star parties, classes and support for astronomy in schoolrooms, and outreach
