Northeast Astronomy Forum & Telescope Show (NEAF) is a yearly event held at Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY. The event is hosted by the Rockland Astronomy Club with co-sponsorship by Sky & Telescope. At the event attendees can see the latest telescopes and accessories from a large number of vendors. Speakers at the event include leading amateur and professional astronomers. The event also includes workshops for the beginner as well as the advanced hobbyist, and is host to a solar star party.

The idea for the conference was inspired by Allan Green (President of the Rockland Astronomy Club), who came up with the name "Northeast Astronomy Forum" (NEAF) and Al Nagler (founder of Tele Vue). Allan established the first event with Don Urban, who brought important organizational changes to the RAC, including holding regular meetings, and established NEAF to be the event it is today.

NEAF, now chaired by Alan Traino, has risen to a world class event attracting thousands to the annual event.

Under Alan Traino's guidance, NEAF has become a major outreach event for the general public, attracting many of the curious public and novice amateur astronomers from far and wide.
